All amenities are included in rent: an 11,000 sq ft rooftop sky deck with resort-style pool and fire pits, a second-floor amenity deck with BBQ grills and outdoor TVs, a 24-hour fitness center, private study lounges, a gaming lounge, communal dining area. Tessera sits directly across from Exposition Park (0.2 miles), with the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County 0.1 miles away and the LA Metro E Line station 0.4 miles away. Tessera is managed by Asset Living and offers individual leases with a roommate matching program.
